🏡 HOUSE RULES To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful stay for all guests and neighbors, please review and follow these house rules. No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted. No smoking, vaping, drugs, or illegal substances are allowed anywhere on the property. No fireworks are permitted at any time. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The occupancy of the home may not exceed the number of guests listed on the reservation, and all overnight guests must be included in the booking. Unauthorized guests, early check-ins, or late check-outs may result in additional charges. 🐾 PETS Pets are welcome with prior approval. All pets must be disclosed on the reservation. The pet fee is $50 per pet, per night and must be paid before arrival. Pets may not be left unattended outdoors, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the home. 🏊 AMENITY SAFETY Guests use all amenities at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the pool, hot tub, sauna, fireplace, fire pit, and recreational equipment. No balloons, pool toys, or foreign objects are permitted in the hot tub, and the hot tub cover must be replaced after each use. 🔥 FIREPLACE & FIRE PIT Never leave the fireplace or fire pit unattended. The indoor fireplace is for Duraflame/artificial logs only. Your stay includes 2 complimentary Duraflame logs. Additional logs are available for $7 each. The outdoor fire pit uses regular firewood only. Firewood bundles are available for $12 each. Duraflame logs should not be used in the outdoor fire pit. S’mores kits are available for $18 each and make approximately 8 s’mores. 🧖 WELLNESS AREA Enjoy our barrel sauna, outdoor hot tub, and seasonal cold plunge, available approximately April through September. During the winter months, the cold plunge is winterized and unavailable for safety and equipment protection. 🚗 PARKING Parking is limited to vehicles. Park only in designated parking areas. Do not block the road or neighboring driveways, and do not park on the lawn or street. 🛠️ DAMAGE & MAINTENANCE Please report any concerns or maintenance issues promptly so we can address them. Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, smoking remediation, unauthorized pets or guests, or violations of these house rules. Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges, early termination of the stay, or removal from the property without refund in accordance with Airbnb policies.
