Fallsburg Retreat was simply amazing from beginning to end! Dov and Sueann were wonderful hosts—any questions we had were answered quickly and efficiently. The home itself was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group of 16. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves, and the property offered tons of amenities to keep us entertained throughout our stay. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, making for a comfortable and memorable experience. We truly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend Fallsburg Retreat to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway, we will definitely be returning ourselves.

We had a fantastic weekend at Fallsburg Retreat and highly recommend it! The house itself is beautiful, spacious, and extremely well-maintained. There was truly something for everyone. We especially enjoyed the sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, and heated pool, which made for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. The game room was a huge hit with our group, featuring arcade games, pool, ping pong, basketball, and plenty of other activities to keep everyone entertained for hours. In the evenings, we loved gathering around the fire pit to make s’mores, and the thoughtful food and treats left for us by the owner were a wonderful surprise and much appreciated. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. The owner was responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was ready for our stay. For those who keep kosher or observe Shabbos/Yom Tov, the location is especially convenient, with easy access to kosher supermarkets, shuls, restaurants, and other amenities. Overall, Fallsburg Retreat exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect combination of relaxation, fun, comfort, and convenience. We look forward to returning!

If you're looking for a great space with countless amenities, clean spaces, and an extremely accommodating responsive host look no further! My party of 18 had a phenomenal time as the space has been curated very well to entertain all types of groups.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! Not only was it exactly as advertised, there were even more amenities available when we got there. The sauna and cold plunge were amazing additions that everyone in the group really enjoyed. The pool was fantastic and the perfect temperature and the cover was extremely easy to move on and off. The game room was also exceptional and it was a great place for a large group to hang out with endless activities. I really could not say one bad thing about our stay here and we will definitely be looking to book again in the future. Dov was an exceptional host who was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. We had an absolute blast and cannot wait to be back there again!

We had a wonderful stay at Dov’s place! We were a group of 14 including children between ages 1-21 and everyone enjoyed! The home was very clean, spacious, and had amazing outdoor areas to enjoy. This home was everything shown in the photos plus more! It is a kid friendly home as well with a fenced in side yard, gate enclosures on each part of the deck, and a very secure safety lock on the pool door. Everyone really enjoyed the outdoors! There is a beautiful and huge front lawn that is perfect for outdoor play. There’s a side yard too and a backyard with a fire pit and swing set. There is also a very spacious deck with lots of seating as well as the very clean pool, hot tub, and cold plunge. The back is super private and backs up to the forest. And the game room was incredible! It was huge and kept everyone so busy! Also Dov was a super responsive and helpful host. We have stayed in many airbnbs and this was by far the best one! There was so much to do in the house and outside!

This house was absolutely perfect for our annual reunion trip with multiple families and kids. The indoor pool was the highlight of the stay — the kids loved it and spent hours swimming every day regardless of the weather. The sauna and hot tub gave the home a relaxing spa-like atmosphere, while the large dining and gathering spaces made it easy for everyone to spend time together comfortably. Everything was very clean, organized, and honestly even better than expected from the listing photos. Dov & Sueann were extremely responsive hosts and made the entire experience smooth from beginning to end. If you are looking for a place that is perfect for large groups, this is it. We would definitely stay again.
