🏡 HOUSE RULES To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful stay for all guests and neighbors, please review and follow these house rules. No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted. No smoking, vaping, drugs, or illegal substances are allowed anywhere on the property. No fireworks are permitted at any time. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The occupancy of the home may not exceed the number of guests listed on the reservation, and all overnight guests must be included in the booking. Unauthorized guests, early check-ins, or late check-outs may result in additional charges. Pets are welcome with prior approval only. A maximum of four pets is permitted per reservation. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking, may not be left unattended outdoors, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the home. Guests use all amenities at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the pool, hot tub, sauna, fireplace, fire pit, and recreational equipment. No balloons, pool toys, or foreign objects are permitted in the hot tub, and the hot tub cover must be replaced after each use. Never leave the fire pit or fireplace unattended. Burn only dry seasoned firewood or approved duralogs in the fireplace, and keep flammable materials away from all fire features. Enjoy our wellness area featuring a barrel sauna, outdoor hot tub, and seasonal cold plunge (available approximately April through September). During the winter months, the cold plunge is winterized and unavailable for safety and equipment protection. Parking is limited to eight vehicles in the main driveway, with up to four additional vehicles permitted in the secondary driveway when conditions allow. No street parking is permitted. Please report any concerns or maintenance issues within two hours of arrival so we can address them promptly. Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, smoking remediation, unauthorized pets or guests, or violations of these house rules. Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges, early termination of the stay, or removal from the property without refund in accordance with Airbnb policies.
